This agreement outlines the terms and conditions for the provision of home wireless network services by WIFIPRO.sg to residential customers in Singapore.

WIFIPRO.sg will design, install, and configure a TP-Link Omada Mesh Wi-Fi System tailored to the customer's needs and property layout.

- cabling management.

- identification & labelling of data cables not related for WIFI setup.

- connection of printer & other appliances.

The customer shall provide access to the premises for installation and maintenance purposes.

The customer is responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection for the wireless network.

WIFIPRO.sg will perform a professional installation of the wireless network equipment and configure the network settings according to the customer's requirements.

Any additional cabling or infrastructure work required will be quoted separately and subject to the customer's approval.

The customer shall pay the agreed-upon service fees as per the chosen wireless solution package.

Payment is due upon completion of the installation and setup process.

WIFIPRO.sg provides a one-year warranty on all hardware components and workmanship.

Remote support services are included during the warranty period for troubleshooting and maintenance.

On-site support may be subject to additional charges.

WIFIPRO.sg shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the wireless network services.

The liability of WIFIPRO.sg shall be limited to the amount paid by the customer for the services.

Either party may terminate this agreement by providing 30 days' written notice.

In the event of termination, the customer shall pay all outstanding fees and charges up to the termination date.

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.
